The Chai We Grew Up With

Bangalore needs a Chai Adda.

If you've been to Hyderabad, you know the scene. The old Irani cafes near Charminar. The guy behind the counter who knows everyone's order. The brass kettle that's been pouring chai since before you were born. Places where a ₹20 chai and ₹4 biscuit can make your entire morning.

Bangalore doesn't have this. We have coffee shops charging ₹300 for a latte and chai chains that feel like fast food. Where's the chai adda? The place to sit and do nothing for an hour? That's what we're building. No rush. No pretense. Just good chai, honest biscuits, and a place to breathe.

We're the Hamza Hotel family — four generations in Shivajinagar. Dakhni food is our legacy. But chai? Chai is where conversations happen. And we wanted to create a space for that.

Since 1918 (Hamza Hotel Family)

Irani Chai, Done Right

Irani Chai

Brewed slow. Milk and decoction prepared separately, mixed to order. Strong enough to wake you up, smooth enough to sip for an hour.

Osmania Biscuits

The legendary sweet-salty biscuit created for the last Nizam. Soft, crumbly, made for dunking. If you haven't tried it with chai, you haven't really had chai.

Bun Maska

Fresh bun, generous butter. The simplest breakfast that somehow fixes everything. Served warm, eaten with chai. No explanation needed.

Pocket-Friendly

Good chai shouldn't cost ₹200. Our cutting chai is ₹30. A full breakfast with chai, fresh bun maska, and biscuits is under ₹100.
